Health & safety guidelines

Before your first prenatal appointment

  • In a collective effort to care for those in our community who are disabled and/or immunocompromised, I ask all clients to wear a mask during our prenatal appointments. If you don’t have one let me know ahead of time and I can bring extras for you!

  • Please note this is not expected of clients during labor, however, I will wear a mask in order to protect everyone, especially those cute little babies that haven’t built an immune system yet.

  • In preparation for our first prenatal visit please look over and sign my doula contract and client confidentiality release form.

  • We may practice different comfort measures or position techniques, please let me know if you are not comfortable with physical touch or if any position ever feels uncomfortable in your body.
