Before your first prenatal appointment
In a collective effort to care for those in our community who are disabled and/or immunocompromised, I ask all clients to wear a mask during our prenatal appointments. If you don’t have one let me know ahead of time and I can bring extras for you!
Please note this is not expected of clients during labor, however, I will wear a mask in order to protect everyone, especially those cute little babies that haven’t built an immune system yet.
In preparation for our first prenatal visit please look over and sign my doula contract and client confidentiality release form.
We may practice different comfort measures or position techniques, please let me know if you are not comfortable with physical touch or if any position ever feels uncomfortable in your body.
